3 lbs Fuerte avocados, size and shape of avocado will vary, approx 6-8 avocados. May take up to a week to ripen. Put in a paper bag with a banana to ripen quicker. These keep excellent in the fridge after ripening. You can also put them in the fridge upon receipt and take them out as you need them to ripen.
